Sytho Technologies is constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for its users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which we provide may change from time to time without prior notice to you.

You acknowledge and agree that we may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you.

We take the privacy and security of our clients extremely seriously. All data handled by our infrastructure follows stringent SOC2 and ISO27001 compliant protocols.

By using our Services, you agree to our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Privacy Policy, which dictate how we handle, store, and process your proprietary information.

All source code, designs, architecture blueprints, and AI models developed by Sytho Technologies remain the intellectual property of Sytho Technologies until full payment is received and an Intellectual Property Transfer agreement is explicitly signed.

In no event shall Sytho Technologies, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
